Sherlock’s not lawful good.  He breaks the law all the time.  He might be chaotic or neutral good but definitely not Lawful Good.

I got Neutral Good and I was split almost evenly between Good and Chaotic. I’ve also been known to get “true neutral”.

Not to toot my own horn, but:
I made a Sherlock Alignment Chart if anyone is so inclined

Iunno. If you want. I mean, shit that sounds self-aggrandizing.

Yeah I saw this floating around earlier, I thought it was pretty good.  The most interesting thing is that I think by the end of the second season, Sherlock’s alignment might be shifting.

EDIT:  I think I agree with all of these except Sherlock and Molly.  I’d switch those two.

Admittedly: I had far too much fun making it. Figuring out where everyone sat was an exercise in characterization.
And I’d agree: during the first episode or two, I’d have placed Sherlock more in True Neutral slot, as he was acting entirely out of his own desires with no overarching ‘motality’ to it. (A force of nature, if you will.)

Once you add in John and Sherlock starts to have a marginally more stable moral compass, he starts to shift. He’s still Chaotic, but he’s definitely inching upwards along the “altruist <—> selfish” scale. By the time Reichenbach rolls around, his needle’s pretty firmly pinged at “altruist”, which is an accomplishment we can credit John to.

Though Molly as Chaotic Neutral? Do tell, that sounds promising!
